Melissa Knieriem is an old soul.

A mom of four girls, Melissa chases her dreams, allows her creativity to take hold and moves in the direction of her heart.

Just before the quarantine took hold last spring, she felt another calling and Frankfort Candle Company was born. Her natural materials - clean-burning coco-apricot wax, wooden wicks and scents that will make you swoon, poured into vintage vessels truly make the most beautiful gifts and home accents.

Melissa allowed me to photograph her process recently, and I am so happy to be talking to her this Friday at 10AM during my Friday Focus. You can learn more about Melissa and Frankfort Candle Company by watching on my Facebook Page here.

And on that note, I am so, so happy to be occasionally be highlighting my Friday Focus business owners and their dreams through photography. Let me know what local businesses you just love and hook me up at jean@jeanlachatphotography.
